Registered office: Via Trento 20, 20811 Cesano Maderno (MB), Italy. VAT IT14630010966. REA MB-2796758.

We collect only what you give us:

Contact form: first name, last name, email, company and your message.

Newsletter: your email address and your consent to receive updates.

Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, collected by our hosting provider and, only if you accept them, by cookies.

How we use it

To answer your request and prepare quotes or proposals (art. 6.1.b GDPR, steps before a contract).

To send our newsletter, only with your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.

To keep the website secure and working (art. 6.1.f GDPR, legitimate interest).

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers that help us run the business: Wix.com (website hosting and forms) and Google Workspace (email). Some of them process data outside the EU. These transfers rely on an EU adequacy decision or on the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission.

If your request concerns sourcing, quality control or production in China, we may share it with our affiliated company Shenzhen Megaton Technology Co., Ltd., under the same safeguards.

We keep contact requests for up to 24 months, or for the period required by Italian law if they lead to a contract. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@megatonindustries.com and we will reply within 30 days.

You can also file a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
